Gergoci Plast is a windows and doors factory located in an industrial zone just at the entry of M1 road leading to Peja town. Gergoci Plast deals with the production of mostly PVC units, hence their requirements for a usable industrial space were defined clearly by a circular spatial arrangement with a main yard sitting centrally.

Apart from the designed factory, we also designed a main administration unit which space stays in a bravely designed structure as seen in the pictures. This project is still under construction.
