Donita 3 building complex is located at the entrance of Peja town and it has direct access to the main M-9 road which leads to Prishtina. In terms of design, it can be seen that the clear geometric forms give the building the architectural quality and simplicity while the elliptic balconies create the dynamic environment which is the most notable feature of the edifice.

The building was designed to accommodate 86 high-end apartments, a usable underground carpark and a suitable area of 3000 m2 for retail and leisure. The complex is the third one coming from the other two that have been ordered from the same client. However, this one is the most representative project considering its remarkable and unique design that is observable from all corners of Peja town.
