Donita 1 is the first building complex that adopted the new era of architectural design in the town of Peja containing the box-shaped cantilevers that underlined the precedence of cubist and minimalist design. In the future, the building was then extended with Donita 2 in the North Elevation. However, the architectural style was just stretched on the back to create a subjective flow.

 

All together Donita 1 and Donita 2 accommodate 60 apartments, while the ground floor occupies an area of 1,500 m2 and the basement around 300 m2. The retail zone is characterised with a high clear height that was cleverly covered with a stick construction curtain wall.
